The U.S. F16 Class Association (USF16) has ratified an operating constitution and elected the inaugural slate of officers. The U.S. Executive Council is comprised of representatives from all regions of the United States. It is the express intent of the USF16 Class Association to support the international formula rules, while promoting the class within the United States.

Members of the U.S. Executive Council are:

Class President:                    Kirt Simmons, Arkansas

Vice President:                      Tom Shannon, Alabama

Northeast Representative:     Pat Ragan, Maryland

Southeast Representative:    Terry Back, Florida

West Representative:             Eric Poulsen, California
